Since 2003, when "Economists Association 2010" resumed the "Spidola Prize in national Economy", it is attributed to a particular person statesman, entrepreneur or a public employee for contribution to the promotion of economic freedom in the Latvian economics.
Compared with previous years, the Latvian situation has changed - there is pessimism in the society and uncertainty about the future. As one of the options to encourage the public's willingness to participate, we see a potential candidate as positive example. We are asking everyone to follow closely the Latvian entrepreneurs and statesman activities, to make their views known about the people who have been able to confirm the abilities of people in Latvia already in July.
